  Cosiana is the worst, dirtiest place I have ever stayed in. Slept on top of bed in my boots and work clothes. Disgusting. Ceiling was falling in from water damage in the two rooms we had rented, food debris all over the floors, couch and chairs. I opened the covers on one bed and found two pieces of dried up snot. Mattress had a depression in the centre deep enough to hide a body in, and they had string wrapped around the piers outside that hold the balcony up because the concrete was falling off them.

  Had to stay two nights because my wonderful room at the Norwood in Terrace Bay was booked.
